This Privacy Policy explains how Zillennial® collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit, use, or interact with zillennial.xyz® and any related pages, products, or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

3) What We Collect

Zillennial® collects only the data necessary for stated purposes. Categories include:

  • Identifiers & contact data: name, username, email, phone number, mailing/billing/shipping address.
  • Commercial data: order history, transaction amounts, products/services purchased or considered.
  • Payment data: limited payment details processed by our payment processor (Zillennial® does not store full card numbers).
  • Device/usage data: IP address, device IDs, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time stamps, interaction logs.
  • Cookie/analytics data: cookie identifiers, pixel tags, SDKs, beacons, and similar technologies (see Section 10).
  • User content & communications: messages, inquiries, reviews, uploaded files.
  • Geolocation (approximate): inferred from IP; precise location only if you explicitly allow it.
  • Sensitive data (if applicable): only where necessary and with appropriate disclosures/controls (e.g., account credentials, limited financial identifiers, or other data you choose to provide). Zillennial® does not intentionally collect sensitive data beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.

4) Sources of Personal Information

Zillennial® obtains information from:

  • You (forms, checkout, support, account areas, emails).
  • Automatic collection via the Services and cookies/SDKs.
  • Third parties (payment processors, analytics providers, marketing/advertising partners, fraud-prevention tools, social sign-in if enabled, publicly available sources).

5) How Zillennial® Uses Personal Information

Zillennial® processes personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Services (accounts, orders, shipping, billing, customer support).
  • Personalize & improve experiences (content, features, recommendations).
  • Measure & analyze performance (traffic, engagement, conversion, product improvement).
  • Marketing & communications (newsletters, offers, surveys); you may opt out at any time.
  • Security & fraud prevention (detect, prevent, and respond to misuse or malicious activity).
  • Compliance & legal (tax, accounting, reporting, responding to lawful requests, enforcing terms).

Where required by law, Zillennial® will obtain your consent for specific processing (e.g., certain cookies/marketing).

6) AI, Personalization & Automated Decision-Making

Zillennial® may use algorithms or machine-learning systems to:

  • improve service quality.

Zillennial® does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means without appropriate human review. You may contact Zillennial® to request information about these processes and, where applicable, to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling for marketing.

Zillennial® relies on: contractual necessity, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

8) Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?

Zillennial® does not “sell” personal information for money. Zillennial® may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising/targeted advertising as defined by certain laws. You can opt out at any time via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (see Section 14).

9) How Zillennial® Discloses Information

Zillennial® discloses personal information to:

  • Service providers/contractors (hosting, cloud, payment processing, email/SMS, analytics, customer support, security). They must use the information only for contracted purposes and safeguard it.
  • Advertising/analytics partners (if enabled) for measurement or targeted advertising.
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale) where your data may transfer as part of the transaction.
  • Legal & safety (to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security).

Zillennial® requires downstream recipients to implement appropriate privacy and security commitments.

10) Cookies & Similar Technologies

Zillennial® uses:

  • Essential cookies (site functionality, authentication, security),
  • Analytics cookies (performance and usage insights),
  • Advertising cookies/SDKs (personalization/retargeting where permitted).

Manage preferences via the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking non-essential cookies may impact some features.

11) Retention

Zillennial® keeps personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. Zillennial® then deletes or de-identifies data. Typical examples (which may vary by system and legal requirements):

  • Account metadata: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
  • Transaction records: up to 7 years (or longer if required by law).
  • Marketing data: until you opt out or your consent is withdrawn, then for a limited period to maintain suppression lists and logs.

12) Security

Zillennial® maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Measures include access controls, encryption in transit (and at rest where feasible), network monitoring, least-privilege practices, and vendor due diligence. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; please use strong passwords and safeguard your credentials.

13) International Data Transfers

If Zillennial® transfers personal information internationally (e.g., between the EEA/UK and the U.S.), Zillennial® uses recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and—if applicable—participation in a valid adequacy mechanism. Details are available upon request.

14) Your Privacy Choices

  • Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe instructions appear in emails/SMS, or contact Zillennial® at support@zillennial.xyz.
  • Cookie controls: manage via cookie banner or browser settings.
  • Targeted advertising / “Do Not Sell or Share”: visit https://zillennial.xyz/do-not-sell (or the footer link titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”) to opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising and similar sharing where applicable.
  • Limit use of sensitive data (where available): submit a request as described in Section 16.

15) Children’s Privacy

Zillennial® does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age specified by local law without parental consent). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact Zillennial® and we will delete it.

16) Your Rights

Your rights depend on your location. Zillennial® responds to verified requests within the timeframes required by law.

California (CCPA/CPRA) — Zillennial® provides:

  • Right to know/access what personal information Zillennial® collected, used, disclosed, or shared;
  • Right to delete personal information (subject to exceptions);
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (see Section 14);
  • Right to limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes;
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Notice at Collection: Zillennial® collects the categories in Section 3 for the purposes in Section 5. Retention is described in Section 11. Categories of recipients are listed in Section 9.

EEA/UK and other regions with similar laws — Zillennial® provides:

  • Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection rights, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing where legally applicable.
  • You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; Zillennial® invites you to contact us first to resolve concerns.

Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah and other U.S. state laws

Zillennial® honors rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling as defined by applicable state statutes. Where required, Zillennial® provides an appeal process if we deny a request (see “How to Exercise Your Rights”).

17) How to Exercise Your Rights (Verification & Appeals)

Submit a request to Zillennial® using the contact methods in Section 20 with the subject line “Privacy Request — Zillennial®.” Include your name, the right(s) you wish to exercise, and a contact method. Zillennial® will verify your identity using information already associated with your account or by requesting additional reasonable information. Authorized agents may submit requests when accompanied by proof of authorization and identity verification.
If Zillennial® denies your request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may email support@zillennial.xyz with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal — Zillennial®.”

18) Financial Incentives

Zillennial® does not offer financial incentives for personal information. If Zillennial® introduces a program in the future, Zillennial® will provide a description of the material terms, categories of personal information implicated, how to opt in/out, and how the value is calculated.

19) Third-Party Sites & Services

Links to non-Zillennial® websites, plug-ins, or services are provided for convenience. Zillennial® is not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.

Zillennial® may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, technologies, or practices. Zillennial® will post updates on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be provided through additional notice (e.g., email or site banner). Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
